MY EXPERIENCE

For over 30 years I have sold, bought, invested, and marketed Real Estate in the Inland Empire. I have done it all! Home sales, residential development, commercial, land development, and land sales. I have made it a point to keep up with new trends, training, education, and acquire diverse knowledge, including keeping up with city and county planning, development, codes and regulations, so that I can best represent my clients.

I began my Real Estate career in 1983 with Century 21 assisting home buyers and representing home sellers, as most Real Estate agents begin their careers. However, I went from being an inexperienced sales agent to becoming the office leader in sales, office manager, and trainer, in just a few short years! Later in my career I joined ReMax Realty, primarily as an agent, but also helped co-manage and train new agents. While there I focused on investment properties.

My primary income for 15 years was the result of my professional services representing clients with buying/selling investment properties and land. I began to invest in acquisitions of my own in 1988.  I acquired several land holdings, rental properties, and was heavily invested in house flipping, as well as developing several properties and building single family dwellings. When the housing market crashed in 2009,  I needed to reinvent myself.  Keller Williams was the perfect fit for my new vision and my diversified Real Estate expertise.

In 2012 I became aware of a void of expertise in vacant land sales. Anyone with a Real Estate license can represent a land seller, but can they successfully market and sell it? I discovered most Real Estate agents don't understand or have the experience to affectively represent, market, and sell vacant land. They simply don't have firsthand knowledge of land sales and as a result often perform a disservice to their clients. With my extensive experience I can accurately assess the true market value of your property and find buyers through my extensive marketing program and client base. 

As an investor and multiple property owner I have a unique Real Estate perspective and background, including: longevity, stability, personal and expert experience, wide and varying knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. I also maintain my own Real Estate Broker's license.
